Does it work without a property-management system?
Yes. A property-management system (also called a PMS or channel manager, e.g. Smoobu, Guesty, Previo) is the software where you manage your bookings. Laura works alongside these, but she's fully functional without one too — you can add guest details manually or from email.
How do phone calls work?
Laura answers incoming calls in a natural voice, in the guest's language. She provides access codes, house rules and directions — and transfers to you when needed. Every call is logged and transcribed in your dashboard.
How long does it take to go live?
