Host Logic uses AI-assisted systems to support automation, communication generation, categorization, and workflow efficiency across hospitality operations. AI-generated outputs may be probabilistic, context-dependent, or incomplete — and are designed to assist human operators, not replace their judgment.

Human Oversight

Customers remain responsible for reviewing operational decisions, guest communications, pricing actions, and automation outputs where appropriate. Host Logic's AI-assisted features are designed as productivity tools that operate within defined, controllable workflows.

Platform users retain the ability to review, modify, or override AI-generated outputs at any stage of the workflow.

Safety Principles

• Human review where needed — AI outputs are assistive, not autonomous decision-makers
• Controlled workflow design — AI operates within explicitly defined automation boundaries
• Clear operational accountability — customers and operators remain accountable for actions taken
• Limited-purpose AI use — AI features target specific, defined hospitality use cases
• Assistive over autonomous — Host Logic does not use AI for high-risk legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions without human involvement

Data and AI

Where AI model processing involves personal data, Host Logic ensures that appropriate data protection agreements are in place with AI service providers. Personal data is not used to train third-party AI models without appropriate consent or legal basis.
