Third-party providers that may process personal data as part of the Host Logic service.
Host Logic relies on trusted third-party providers to operate parts of the platform and supporting services. These providers may process limited personal data strictly for the purpose of delivering the Host Logic service.
Categories of Subprocessors

| AI Services | AI language model processing for automated guest communication and workflow assistance | Message content (processed under applicable data protection agreements) |
Vendor Controls
Host Logic maintains contractual agreements with all subprocessors — including Data Processing Agreements where required by GDPR — to ensure appropriate data protection safeguards are in place. We assess subprocessors for security posture and data protection practices as part of our vendor onboarding process.
Updates to This List
Host Logic may update the list of subprocessors from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to customers in advance where required under applicable data protection law or contractual agreements.
